​The main objective of this role would be to manage and develop relationships with distributors, dealers and partners worldwide. The primary focus would be on nurturing long-term relationships, understanding the unique needs of each client, and fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and partners worldwide.

  • Handle incoming orders from clients, process them efficiently, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address any order-related inquiries, negotiate specific requirements, and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing support in developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and delivering product presentations.

  • Engage in negotiations with clients, distributors, and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Monitor client satisfaction levels, proactively address any issues, and continuously seek opportunities to exceed client expectations.

  • Focus on ensuring high levels of customer retention and fostering customer loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-year experience of sales or customer support in an international business environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective client interaction and negotiation

  • Problem-solving abilities for addressing challenges and finding solutions that align with client requirements

  • Positive attitude and solutions orientation skills

  • Proficient in English, any additional European language is a plus
