Your knowledge & qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, public relations or communications;
Marketing Communications and graphic design knowledge needed to execute the development of white papers, press releases and marketing materials from concept to release;
Fluent English language spoken and written is mandatory;
Proven written communications, grammar, proofreading skills, and attention to detail;
Strong track record in delivering projects on time as specified and within budget;
General knowledge of electrical motors and power transmission solutions products is a plus;
Knowledge in HubSpot or other marketing automation platform is a plus;
German and Italian languages are a plus.
Your work experience:
Experience (more than 2 years) working in B2B environment;
Comfortable working with colleagues remotely;
Coordinating with the Marketing Communications Manager, develop and implement Marketing Campaigns appropriate for the region, and ensure the Marketing Messages are consistent with the strategic direction set forth;
Manages Lead Generation programs as necessary on a regional basis;
Follow brand and document style guidelines, from initial concept to finished product;
Lead and actively participate in weekly calls and monthly status communications as required, for the managed projects;
Maintain knowledge of latest relevant marketing automation tools and graphic software updates. Assist in solving technical design problems as they arise;
Identifies the best media partners to reach the company's communication objectives. Plan, organize and support media relations, marketing, employee communications, trade show, social media and multimedia activities. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers.
Assist and deploy all aspects of approved integrated marketing communications for EMEA including:
o Print and video communications
o Public relations
o Trade shows organization, including pre and post show promotions
o Email and direct mail campaigns
o Social media messages creation and daily accounts administration
o Mobile apps
o Online marketing
Maintain the established marketing communications budget and allocate resources among business units and product lines based on company priorities as directed by the Marketing Communications Manager;
Performs other jobs and duties as assigned by Management.
