​The main objective of this role would be to contribute significantly to the company's overall growth by leveraging digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, online engagement and sales for a premium audio products company.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.

  • Creating content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.

  • Managing social media accounts, monitoring discussions, and responding to comments and inquiries.

  • Collaborating with internal team, such as photographer, graphic designer and copywriter for creating compelling and engaging content for various digital channels.

  • Planning and executing online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising networks. Optimizing ad performance, monitoring budgets, and analyzing campaign results to maximize ROI and reach the target audience effectively.

  • Managing online communities and forums related to the audio industry. Actively participating in discussions, addressing customer inquiries, and providing assistance and support to forum members. Building relationships with community members and fostering a positive brand image.

  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing efforts, such as website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates, and customer behavior.

  • Collaborating with internal teams such as product development, sales and customer support to align marketing strategies and ensure consistent messaging. Coordinating with external partners, influencers, or agencies to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing, online community management or as a Digital Media Specialist

  • Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the industry

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data, track campaign performance, identify and track relevant community metrics and make data-backed decisions to optimize marketing strategies for better results

  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum following base, launching a reviewers’ program, creating events, etc.)

  • Proficient in English
